<p style="min-height:1.5em">Monaco is building an AI-native revenue platform that replaces the fragmented GTM stack - CRM, sequencing, call recording, enrichment, pipeline management with one unified system, consolidating 6–10 disconnected tools into a single platform built for the AI era.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We launched publicly in Feb 2026, are already 65 people, and have strong early product-market fit generating millions in ARR within months of launch. This is a high-leverage, wear-many-hats role: your work multiplies the output of the entire engineering team. You'll define the golden paths for how we develop, test, and ship, and you'll get to do it at a company that treats AI-assisted development as a first-class part of the workflow, not an afterthought.<br /></p><h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Build out Monaco's internal developer platform.</strong> Create the self-service tooling, golden paths, and internal systems engineers reach for every day — and set the standard for what great developer experience looks like here.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Extend functionality to development environments.</strong> Bring new capabilities to both local and cloud-hosted dev environments so engineers get a fast, production-like setup wherever they work.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Own our remote development environment orchestration.</strong> Take ownership of the internal system that provisions and manages cloud-hosted development environments at scale.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Own our internal AI-assisted engineering automation.</strong> Take ownership of the platform that brings AI agents into our engineering workflows, extending what the team can automate and accomplish.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Own test data propagation to lower environments.</strong> Make realistic, safe data flow into development and QA systems so engineers can build and test against environments that mirror production.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Partner across engineering.</strong> Work directly with product teams to find and remove friction across the full development life
