The team partners closely with engineering, product, and compliance to bring new crypto capabilities to customers while maintaining strong regulatory standards. We focus on making complex blockchain technologies more understandable and accessible to a broad audience.</p> <p>As a Senior Partnerships Leader, you will identify and manage relationships with key participants across the cryptocurrency ecosystem. You will evaluate new partnership opportunities, lead negotiations, and support the launch of integrations that expand Robinhood’s crypto offerings. You will also oversee existing partnerships, ensuring strong performance and alignment with product goals. This role plays a central part in shaping how Robinhood Crypto supports our core business and collaborates with exchanges, custodians, and blockchain partners to deliver new capabilities to customers!</p> <p><strong>This role is based in our New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.</strong></p> <p>At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community.
