Senior Paralegal at Blockdaemon

<h2><strong>The Role</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're looking for a highly motivated and organised Senior Paralegal to join our growing Legal &amp; Compliance team. You'll be a key operational and legal partner across a range of matters - from commercial contracts, corporate governance, marketing, regulatory and cross border compliance — taking end-to-end ownership of complex projects in a fast-moving, remote-first environment and expected to operate with significant autonomy.</p><h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contracts</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Draft, review and manage a wide variety of commercial agreements: SaaS/IaaS, NDAs, vendor, partnership and data processing agreements.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and maintain standard templates, playbooks and approval workflows.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Corporate governance</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage global entity records: formations, qualifications, dissolutions and regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support corporate governance activities, including board resolutions, corporate minute books, cap tables, governance documentation, entity maintenance, and subsidiary management across multiple jurisdictions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support board meeting logistics including agendas, resolutions and minutes.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Regulatory &amp; compliance</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitor regulatory developments in digital assets, staking and DeFi across key jurisdictions (US, EU/MiCA, UK, APAC) and conduct research as appropriate.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support licence and registration applications and correspondence with regulators.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help prepare responses to government inquiries and subpoenas.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Assist with data privacy compliance matters, including GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable frameworks</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support employment and HR-related legal matters across U.S. and international jurisdictions</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Marketing</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Review and provide legal support for marketing and communications materials, including advertising copy, promotional content, partner announcements, and social media posts - ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, disclosure requirements, and brand standards</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Draft marketing agreements, including rights of publicity, case studies, releases, sponsorships, and events</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Legal operations</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own and continuously improve legal tooling, document re
