Senior Operations Analyst at Chainalysis Inc.

The IT or Business Technology (BizTech) team at Chainalysis creates intuitive, scalable, and secure technology experiences that accelerate Chainalysis’ growth and empower our employees to do their best work. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the general employee population throughout Chainalysis alongside the Biztech Operations team. Assisting with employee onboarding, technical troubleshooting and assistance across a broad scope of hardware and software, all while creating the best possible user experiences for employees at Chainalysis. The person in this role will develop strong relationships with our business partners within the Israel office through trust and operational excellence. As well they collaborate and help support the wider organisation with the Biztech Operations team. In this role, you’ll: You help improve the daily efficiency of our customers by providing top level service Solve many IT Challenges to unlock the productivity of our technology customers and partners Help Implement security team recommendations and best practices Assist with the automation of qualifying tasks and support requests Participate in the creation and optimization of processes and policies to best support our customers Develop key working relationships to help achieve outstanding outcomes Help Document processes and procedures for your team and customers We’re looking for candidates who have: Broad knowledge across several core IT systems (Google, Slack, JAMF, Atlassian, Microsoft, Okta) Have knowledge in Networking solutions (Meraki), AV solutions (Logitech, Google Meet) Hardware troubleshooting (Apple, Windows) Demonstrated experience in roles of similar scope, preferably within technology companies Strong experience working with and supporting teams of diverse backgrounds across multiple departments History of demonstrating adaptability, resilience, support, and diversity within your teams Able to convey technical information to diverse audiences with varying levels of expertise Demonstrated experience working within a support team and collaboration across multiple locations Nice to have experience: Background in FinTech or Crypto is great, but not required Background working with globally distributed companies Technologies we use & teach: Google, Slack, JAMF, Atlassian, Microsoft, Okta, Meraki Apple and Windows devices deployed throughout the organization.
