<p>We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and creative&nbsp;<strong>Senior Marketing Manager - Guild Academy </strong>to lead high-impact marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for Guild’s<a href="https://guild.com/guild-academy"> Academy</a> product; B2B marketing to a Senior HR or L&amp;D Enterprise buyer. This role will own key marketing programs end-to-end — from strategy and planning through execution and performance optimization — and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable business outcomes.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate blends strong business acumen with hands-on execution, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Strategy &amp; Planning</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Translate product business requirements into marketing goals - with an emphasis on pipeline creation - in partnership with Marketing Operations, Product Marketing and channel teams (events, digital, social, etc.)</li>
<li>Drive optimization recommendations and build performance mindset across the collective teams&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Campaign &amp; Program Leadership</strong></p>

<li>Serve as ‘marketing quarterback’ with functional disciplines (thought leadership, content, events, etc.) to execute and optimize campaign and programs</li>
