You are the "Architect" of our liquidity infrastructure, moving beyond traditional cash management to lead the strategic deployment, settlement, and optimization of assets across a fragmented multi-chain landscape. This is a high-visibility leadership role sitting at the intersection of Finance, Product, and Engineering.</p> <h3><strong>What Problem This Role Solves</strong></h3> <p>In the fast-moving digital asset market, fragmentation and manual processes create risk and capital inefficiency. You will solve the "liquidity sprawl" problem, ensuring capital is exactly where it needs to be (on-chain, in custody, or on-exchange) at the right time, while maintaining rigorous institutional controls and maximizing capital efficiency through automation.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Global Team Collaboration:</strong> Work with a high-performing, 24/7 global operations team with a focus on extreme accountability, scalability, and technical innovation.</li> <li><strong>Treasury & Liquidity Orchestration:</strong> Optimize liquidity across wallets, exchanges, and bank accounts to support business needs while minimizing idle capital and ensuring asset segregation.</li> <li><strong>On-Chain Settlement & Custody:</strong> Manage the institutional custody stack (MPC, Multi-sig), including the design of signing policies and transaction authorization workflows for institutional clients.</li> <li><strong>Operational Optimization:</strong> Identify manual friction points and partner with Engineering/Product teams to build "Treasury-as-Code", implementing automation to drive efficiency and accur
