<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>Figure is hiring a Senior Manager, Tax to serve as the founding member of our internal tax function. In this highly visible role, you will take ultimate ownership of Figure's tax strategy, compliance, and provision infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, you will act as the primary liaison with external tax advisors while establishing internal processes to scale alongside our rapid growth. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Legal to evaluate the tax implications of new blockchain lending products, corporate structures, and digital asset transactions.</p>
