In this Senior Manager leadership role, you will take the lead in directing key accounting policies , manage cross-functional projects, and lead teams (including offshore resources) to ensure strict compliance with U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements</p> <p>You aren’t just maintaining books - you are building and managing a definitive "source of truth" within a complex, high-volume trading and regulated derivatives environment. This role is a 50/50 split between serving as an advanced technical expert and an operational manager, bridging the gap between cutting-edge trading desks and institutional-grade, regulated financial statements.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Operational Leadership & Strategy:</strong> Manage technical accounting and reporting workstreams; set clear operational objectives, delegate tasks effectively, and oversee departmental schedules and budgets to ensure flawless execution.</li> <li><strong>Financial Normalization:</strong> Direct the forensic review and reconciliation of complex historical data, leading internal and external resources to ensure a robust, "audit-ready" foundation.</li> <li><strong>Advanced Technical Research:</strong> Act as a core internal authority on ASC 606 and 805, specifically regarding principal vs. agent nuances, M&A integrations, and DeFi
