We're looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team with a key role in driving financial strategy across our Consumer Products, and, Enterprise Solutions divisions. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a Senior Financial Analyst at Blockstream, you will partner with business leaders across the company to drive strategic decision-making through financial insights and analysis. You'll work with leaders across the company, using your financial insights and analysis to help them make better decisions. If you love data, building models, and acting as a translator between technical and business teams, this could be the perfect opportunity.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Strategic Finance &amp; Planning</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead rolling forecasts, annual planning, and scenario modeling across Consumer Products and Enterprise Solutions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain financial models for fundraising, M&amp;A evaluation, and strategic decision-making</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own board materials and investor reporting — translating unit economics, KPIs, and Bitcoin-native metrics into clear, compelling narratives</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive monthly business reviews with the executive team; be the connective tissue between Finance and Product, Engineering, and Business Development</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>AI-Native Operations</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design and deploy AI-assisted workflows that automate recurring FP&amp;A processes — variance analysis, forecast refreshes, reporting packages — using Claude, GPT, Gemini, or equivalent</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify where LLMs can replace low-value analytical labor and build the infrastructure to make that permanent</p></li
