In this role, you will drive pipeline growth through regional events, targeted account engagement, and strategic field initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an execution-oriented mindset: you move fast, take ownership, can operate independently, and have experience executing impactful event programs that generate pipeline and accelerate deals. This role is based in Austin and requires regular in-office attendance.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you'll be doing: </strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of field events (executive dinners, workshops, conferences, and SardineCon events)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with sales pod leads to build field marketing programs aligned to pipeline gaps, revenue goals, and target account priorities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify and prioritize the conferences, events, and formats that will have the greatest impact on pipeline creation and deal acceleration</p></li><li><
