In this crucial role, you will manage engineers and other leads, helping them grow while we build scalable, secure, and high-quality products with our users as the center.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You will work closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to define the strategy, set priorities, and align on roadmaps. Your ultimate goal will be to deliver excellent products to our customers, prioritizing security, compliance, user experience, and reliability in a high-volume trading environment.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role requires deep technical and architectural understanding, with a solid previous background as a developer.
