At Bitpanda, we have a strong design language that helps deliver remarkable and effortless experiences to entry and keep up with the financial playing field, empowering people to make their financial freedom a reality.</p> <p>Your work week will be a mix of contributing to and maintaining our design system together with the DS designers and engineers, while collaborating with Product teams to develop their projects.</p> <p> </p> <h4><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Co-Own our Design System:</strong> Contribute to the growth and consistency of Bitpanda’s DS by confidently designing patterns, components, tokens, and managing libraries, while creating clear and accessible documentation that enables the implementation and usage of design systems.</li> <li><strong>Lead End-to-End DS Initiatives: </strong>Own DS projects in Product teams from start to finish, aligning closely with engineering and product requirements, enabling collaboration and exploration, leading solutions considering all user scenarios, and assisting others to ensure an efficient delivery.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate Cross-Functionally: </strong>Work closely with designers, product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to turn accessibility, business, an
