Job Description

About the Role Xsolla is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to help bring greater clarity, coordination, and operational discipline across our product development teams. This role sits at the center of product execution, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Analytics, Marketing, and other Delivery Managers to ensure teams are aligned on priorities, dependencies, timelines, and changes. The Senior Delivery Manager will own the operating rhythm of the team: maintaining the backlog and roadmap, running engineering ceremonies, surfacing risks and blockers, and ensuring that changes are communicated clearly—not just what is changing, but why. Beyond day-to-day delivery, this person will also play an important role in identifying broader operational challenges and working with leadership to improve how the team plans, communicates, prioritizes, and executes.
