Let’s go!</p> <p> </p></div><p><strong>Your mission</strong></p> <p>Join us as a <strong>Senior</strong> <strong>CRM Specialist</strong> to execute engaging CRM campaigns across the DACH market. <strong>Based in Vienna,</strong> you’ll be part of a team of experts in a dynamic fintech environment, helping to craft global communications that drive engagement, retention, and product adoption. <br><br>This role is a great opportunity for an ambitious and creative team player to grow their CRM skills in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll be part of a collaborative team and play a hands-on role in executing campaigns with a strong focus on localisation and high-quality delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you’ll do </strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in delivering global multichannel campaigns (email, push, inapp, and more).</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Product, Marketing, Creative, Legal, Analytics) to ensure campaigns are accurate, compliant, and aligned with local nuances.</li> <li>Support quality assurance processes to make sure every campaign meets our standards - we don’t ship anything we wouldn’t be proud of.</li> <li>Proactively contribute ideas, suggest improvements, and conduct tests to enhance our CRM campaigns.</li> <li>Stay organised and coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders and projects.</li> </ul> <p><br><br></p> <p><strong>Who you are </strong></p> &
