About the Role Polymarket's marketing team is building the creator and UGC engine that introduces millions of people to prediction markets for the first time. This is a Senior Campaign Manager role sitting within that team, reporting to a director, and owning the full lifecycle of influencer and UGC campaigns from initial brief through final performance report. You will work across creative, product, and leadership to get campaigns out the door and make them better each time. The challenge here is real. Polymarket is a crypto-native, news-driven product that lives and dies by current events. The content that works today may not work next week. You need to move fast, have genuine taste, and know how to brief a creator so they produce something that actually converts, not just something that looks good in a recap deck. This is not a role for someone who needs a lot of direction or who treats campaign analysis as a formality. This is a backfill, so the infrastructure exists. What we need is someone who can step in, take ownership immediately, and raise the bar on both execution quality and the rigor with which we learn from results. What You'll Do Own active influencer and UGC campaigns end-to-end, from writing the brief to delivering the final performance report with clear takeaways. Source and manage creator partnerships across relevant verticals, building relationships that produce repeat, high-quality content rather than one-off posts. Brief creators clearly and manage feedback rounds with the internal creative team, keeping timelines tight and quality high. Pull campaign performance data regularly, identify what is working and what is not, and translate those findings into concrete changes for the next campaign. Manage up to directors by proactively communicating campaign status, flagging blockers early, and coming to meetings with answers rather than questions. Navigate cross-functional workflows across product, creative, and leadership without needing hand-holding, keeping campaigns moving even when internal processes are ambiguous. Stay current on content formats, creator trends, and platform shifts so that Polymarket's campaigns reflect what is actually resonating right now, not what worked six months ago.
