You will serve as a key technical partner to cross-functional teams, solving complex integration challenges, building advanced automations, and shaping our governance model to support fast-moving business needs. Plus, you will have direct impact by mentoring junior engineers and helping elevate our team's overall technical capability.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll do</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Lead Architecture & Governance: </strong>Design, configure, and optimise our Atlassian Cloud products at an enterprise scale while establishing standardised configurations, schemes, and governance models to prevent system bloat.</li> <li><strong>Drive Advanced Solutions:</strong> Act as a subject matter expert to analyze complex business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders, translating them into scalable, robust technical solutions from needs analysis to delivery and documentation.</li> <li><strong>Empower Data-Driven Decisions:</strong> Design advanced Jira reports, high-level dashboards, and customized planning views for leadership and various business units.</li> <li><strong>Automate & Integrate:</strong> Build advanced automations and integrations with other enterprise tools using 3rd party apps and REST APIs. </li> <li>&l
