In this role you will help prepare SEC filings (10-Qs, 10-Ks, and other periodic and current reports), draft financial statements and related disclosures, and support technical accounting research and documentation. You will help maintain fully tied-out filings, support the disclosure checklist process, and partner across Finance and the broader organization to deliver high-quality reporting. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, disciplined, and an outstanding project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in the preparation of SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and other periodic and current reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with SEC rules and US GAAP.</li> <li>Prepare financial statements, footnote disclosures, Management's Discussion & Analysis (MD&A), and assist in tying out the earnings releases to ensure internal consistency.</li> <li>Build and maintain fully tied-out 10-Qs and 10-Ks, including supporting schedules, workpapers, and cross-references that reconcile to the underlying financial records.</li> <li>Prepare and maintain US GAAP and SEC discl
