We partner closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, Tax, and Operations to support a rapidly scaling business that spans multiple international entities, regulated payment flows, and both stablecoins and other digital assets.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Our role is to support growth while ensuring the company is built on a strong, scalable foundation—enabling new products and global expansion while maintaining high standards for accuracy, controls, and transparency. As the business evolves, the team plays a critical role in bringing clarity, structure, and confidence to complex financial and operational decisions, helping ensure the company is well-positioned for its next phase of growth.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive process improvements and automation by partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to enhance reporting quality</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Execute month-end close activities, including variance analysis and reconciliations across BS and IS accounts</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain accuracy and completeness of the digital asset ledger across multiple entities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build scalable reconciliation frameworks that support the month-end close, external audit, and regulatory requirements</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop repeatable processes and checklists to support growth and operational scale</p>
