You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to build targeted pipelines, execute thoughtful outreach, and support a high-quality candidate experience.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role is ideal for someone who has foundational sourcing experience, strong curiosity, and a desire to grow their craft in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You should be excited to learn new talent markets, experiment with outreach strategies, and use data to improve sourcing outcomes over time.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>The impact you’ll have here:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build targeted candidate pipelines for a variety of roles by using sourcing tools, market research, referrals, and creative search strategies.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Conduct consistent weekly outreach to prospective candidates, using thoughtful and personalized messaging to engage passive talent.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner closely with recruiters to understand role requirements, calibrate on strong profiles, and adjust sourcing strategy based on feedback.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track sourcing activity, response rates, and conversion data to understand what is working and where we can improve.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Learn new roles quickly by asking strong questions, researching talent markets, and building familiarity with role-specific terminology, skills, and candidate profiles.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support a positive candidate experience by communicating clearly, following up consistently, and representing TRM’s mission and values with care.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bring persistence, curiosity, and attention to detail to every search, especially when working on hard-to-fill or nuanced roles.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">1–2+ years of sourcing, recruiting coordination, or recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth technology environment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Exposure to sourcing tools, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Ashby, Greenhouse, or similar recruiting systems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Interest in learning how to sour
