<h1>Are you our new <strong>Sales Manager</strong>?</h1><p style="min-height:1.5em">Dapper is looking for a <strong>Sales Manager.</strong> Someone ambitious enough to help us build the #1 B2B marketing agency worldwide.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll work directly with the CEO and two other salespeople to convert inbound leads from our marketing into partnerships.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You also actively reach out to ideal clients in the Netherlands, Western Europe and the United States.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We sell to a diverse range of B2B businesses across the globe: from promising start-ups to fast-growing scale-ups, and beyond.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">At Dapper, we believe in B2B marketing needs a revolution. Our mission to make B2B marketing less boring, more creative, and more impactful.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>This Job Is For You If You:</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ideally, you have B2B marketing experience, as the job requires consultative selling. You need to understand B2B marketing because we have strategic discussions with our clients in sales conversations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ideally, you have sales experience or a talent for sales. We're looking for people who love interacting and can connect with others easily and quickly.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Speak <strong>Dutch</strong> and are fluent in <strong>English</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have a growth mindset. You give and receive feedback, seek continuous improvement, and embrace new approaches.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Are extremely performance-driven with a bias toward results—we're building the #1 B2B marketing agency in the space, and we need someone who thrives on hitting and exceeding ambitious targets.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Thrive in a fast-paced environment.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>About the Role</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Your main responsibilities will include:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Follow up on high-quality inbound leads generated by Dapper's marketing. We receive numerous qualified requests every week that need to be guided toward conversion through consultative selling.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proactively reach out to companies that match our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), expanding our presence across the Netherlands, promising markets in Western Europe, and potentially the United States.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build initial strategies and proposals for potential clients to sell collaborations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">linkCollaborate with the broader sales team to continuously improve our sales approach.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">BONUS: If you're interested in building a personal brand as a thought leader in B2B marketing, we'd love to hear about it.
