Backed by Circle, Coinbase, Dragonfly, we're a small team solving hard problems at the intersection of crypto and global payments.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br /><strong>The Role</strong> <br />As a Sales Lead at Codex, you'll own the end-to-end commercial relationship with institutional clients and fintech partners in your region — from first outreach through to signed contracts and live trading. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a high-ownership, high-accountability role. You'll be managing a live pipeline, attending conferences, and regularly interfacing with Compliance, Legal, and Operations to unblock deals and get clients trading.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br /><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Pipeline Development & Outbound</em></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own your regional pipeline from top of funnel to close — sourcing leads, qualifying prospects, and maintaining accurate deal records </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run targeted outbound across various platforms in coordination with the Marketing function, and follow up on inbound leads generated by the website and conferences</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify and attend high-value industry conferences and side events in your region to generate new relationships and accelerate deals in progress</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Deal Execution</em></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run discovery calls and commercial negotiations with prospects across your region</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify client use cases, volume profiles, and corridor requirements — and translate these into pricing proposals in coordination with the Trading, Treasury and Account Management team</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Escalate pricing blockers, compliance queries, and onboarding blockers with clear context so they can be resolved quickly</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage deals involving complex structures with appropriate rigour and cross-functional coordination</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Client Onboarding & Activation</em></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the handoff from signed deal to live trading — coordinating with internal teams on KYB, account setups, and spread configurations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Stay close to newly onboarded clients during their ramp-u
