Sales Associate This is an early-career sales opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career at the intersection of institutional finance and digital assets. As a Sales Associate at Talos, you will work closely with senior Sales and Solutions colleagues across the full deal lifecycle - from initial outreach and qualification through to solutioning, trials, and close. You will develop strong product expertise, gain a deep understanding of institutional trading workflows, and contribute directly to pipeline generation and deal execution. Talos operates a structured, consultative sales environment. This role is well-suited to someone who is organized, intellectually curious, and motivated to understand how markets and trading infrastructure function. Responsibilities Support pipeline generation through targeted prospecting, outreach, and early-stage qualification across Talos’s core client segments, including hedge funds, market makers, prime brokers, and digital asset service providers. Participate in discovery and demo calls alongside senior sales team members, learning to map client workflows and requirements to Talos’s product capabilities. Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene in Salesforce, ensuring all opportunities, contacts, and activities are accurately recorded and up to date. Conduct market and account research to identify high-potential prospects and inform account prioritization strategies. Coordinate cross-functionally with Solutions, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to advance deals and ensure accurate client communication. Support proposal development, workflow documentation, and follow-up materials for active opportunities.
