We have a passionate, loyal, and growing community, and we’re looking for people who want to help us build something truly special.</p> <p><strong>Risk Operations Lead</strong></p> <p>As the Risk Operations Lead, you will lead the team responsible for protecting Shakepay and its customers from fraud, abuse, and financial risk while enabling scalable growth and a best-in-class customer experience. You will drive operational excellence across risk operations, evolve our fraud prevention capabilities, and help shape the future of risk management at Shakepay.</p> <p>This role requires a strong operator with deep experience in fraud and risk, excellent people leadership skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, product, design, data, compliance, and operations teams.
