About the Role Blackbird is looking for a Revenue & Restaurant Ops Contractor to support our Revenue team with a particular focus on restaurant partners, loyalty (FLY) initiatives, and the systems that power them. This role will work closely with senior leadership to design, analyze, and operationalize processes that enable Blackbird to scale new revenue-driving initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, technically savvy, comfortable working across data, systems, and operations, and excited to build the underlying infrastructure that supports loyalty programs, partner activations, and restaurant success. This is a highly hands-on role that blends data analysis, systems building, and execution - not just strategy. Responsibilities: Design and operationalize repeatable workflows for loyalty and revenue-generating programs Develop performance analysis and reporting that deliver clear, actionable insights Implement lightweight systems for hardware and inventory tracking and reconciliation Contribute to CRM optimization, data integrity, and reporting accuracy Support and execute ad hoc initiatives to advance new revenue opport Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in operations, revenue ops, analytics, or a related field Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn messy data into clear insights Comfort working with Claude Code, SQL, CRMs (HubSpot strongly preferred), Google Sheets, and reporting tools (e.g., Metabase) Technically savvy; coding or scripting experience (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript) is a strong plus Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams Ability to both build systems and execute within them Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment; proactive, r
