This is a high-visibility role focused on maintaining and optimizing Salesforce, improving forecast accuracy and pipeline reporting, and ensuring reliable data across the organization.</p> <p><strong>What you bring to the team</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations in a fast-growing tech company</li> <li>Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including custom objects, reporting, dashboards, and data management</li> <li>Experience optimizing or rationalizing a Salesforce instance and owning CRM governance end-to-end</li> <li>CRM strategy and optimization thinking, able to assess current state, identify gaps, and drive improvements</li> <li>Strong understanding of pipeline reporting, sales metrics, and revenue
