Millions more switch every month.</p> <p><strong>Summary</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a seasoned Accounting Manager to join our dynamic and fantastic Brave team. </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong> </p> <p>All Aspects of Technical Accounting including:</p> <ul> <li>Audit Preparation and Support </li> <li>Transaction analysis,</li> <li>GAAP Compliance</li> <li>Revenue Recognition</li> <li>Consolidation</li> <li>Netsuite Administration</li> <li>Policy and Lease Administration and Implementation</li> <li>Intercompany transactions</li> </ul> <p>Operational duties include:</p> <ul> <li>Cost Analysis and Efficiency</li> <li>Maintaining Budgets</li> <li>Producing and managing Financial Data</li> <li>Operational Support </li> <li>Process improvement and automation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent, CPA from Big Four is required. </li> <li>10+ years of hands-on work with accounting principles and practices. </li> <li>5+ years of experience working in Revenue Recognition under ASC 606 is a must</li> <li>Proficiency in relevant accounting software - NetSuite experience is required and Bill.com and Microsoft Excel are preferred</li> <li>International accounting experience.</li> <li>5+ years of experience working in multicurrency environments required.</li> <li>Consolidation experience is preferred.</li> <li>Must have experience in SBC accounting</li> <li>Interest in digital tokens is a plus</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation </strong>- 150-180K range</p> <h2><strong>Working at Brave</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Industry-leader in privacy, with a research and engineering team that’s innovating everyday to keep people safer online and beat Big Tech</li> <li>Highly competitive salarie
