Reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations Engineering, this role functions as a senior individual contributor within the Facilities Operations Engineering team, responsible for system reliability, lifecycle planning, technical standards, and engineering support during design, commissioning, operations, and change events. The role oversees performance and reliability across cooling, hydronics, heat rejection, and controls, while shaping maintenance strategies and evaluating failure modes. It plays a key role in L0–L5 commissioning, validating integration logic and sequence‑of‑operations.
