Reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations Engineering, this role functions as a senior individual contributor within the Facilities Operations Engineering team, responsible for system reliability, lifecycle planning, technical standards, and engineering support during design, commissioning, operations, and change events. The position influences critical decisions through deep technical knowledge rather than formal people management.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Travel:</strong> Ability to travel up to 30% for project site visits and company gatherings.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Location:</strong> Denver, CO (3 days/week hybrid in-office role) strongly preferred (remote may be considered for exceptional candidates)</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Compensation:</strong> $130K - $150K (Offers Bonus)</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Essential Responsibilities</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The Reliability Engineer, Mechanical provides lifecycle mechanical expertise, developing standards, validating designs, and supporting construction and operations to ensure high‑availability systems. The role oversees performance and reliability across cooling, hydronics, heat rejection, and controls, while shaping maintenance strategies and evaluating failure modes. It plays a key role in L0–L5 commissioning, validating integration logic and sequence‑of‑operations.
