We’re looking for a Release Management Engineer to own and continuously improve the release process for our iOS and Android applications.<br /><br />You will work closely with engineering, QA, product, and support teams to make releases predictable, efficient, and safe. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands mobile build and deployment systems and enjoys coordinating complex releases across teams.<br /><br />This role is remote; however, we’re only open to candidates working in US time zones.<br /></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the end-to-end release process for Phantom’s iOS and Android applications.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage release schedules, release branches, versioning, build promotion, and app store submissions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate release readiness across engineering, QA, product, and other stakeholders.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead go/no-go decisions and ensure risks, blockers, and outstanding issues are clearly communicated.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage TestFlight, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and staged or phased rollouts.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate hotfixes, emergency releases, and release rollback plans when needed.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitor release health, including crashes, regressions, rollout status, and user-impacting issues.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Troubleshoot build, signing, submission, and deployment failures.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Improve and automate repetitive release tasks using tools such as GitHub Actions, Fastlane, Bash, or Python.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain clear release documentation, checklists, runbooks, and status reporting.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">E
