It also serves as a key point of contact for regulators and external advisors in Hong Kong, supporting the company’s growth in the digital asset space while maintaining a strong compliance posture.</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end regulatory licensing applications, including preparation, submission, and ongoing engagement with relevant regulatory authorities.</li> <li>Conduct regulatory mapping and gap analyses to assess compliance against evolving local and cross-border regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Draft, review, and maintain licensing documentation, regulatory filings, and responses to regulator inquiries.</li> <li>Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance frameworks, including policies, procedures, standards, and internal controls.</li> <li>Monitor and analyse regulatory developments, particularly within the digital asset and crypto landscape, and proactively advise senior management and key stakeholders on regulatory implications.</li> <li>Partner closely with internal stakeholders (business, product, IT, operations) and external parties (consultants, legal counsel, and regulators) on licensing and compliance matters.</li> <li>Develop and deliver compliance training programmes to strengthen regulatory awareness and foster a strong compliance culture across the organisation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Requirements:<
