Its latest $120M Series C valued the company at $1.5B.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are seeking a <strong>Regional Sales Director, Commercial</strong> to lead a high-growth team and drive predictable revenue in the segment of customers with 1-500 employees.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will combine elite sales execution with a talent for coaching and scaling operations. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the data ecosystem and thrives in building collaborative, scalable sales processes.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em"><u>Revenue Strategy & Execution</u></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own commercial new business and expansion targets, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline health.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Execute GTM initiatives and personally support high-impact, strategic deals to ensure closure.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive disciplined CRM usage and data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><u>Leadership & Team Growth</u></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead, recruit, and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives to exceed KPIs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and hands-on deal coaching.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Set clear performance standards and develop career paths for the commercial sales team.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><u>Cross-Functional Collaboration</u></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with Marketing on pipeline generation and Product to share market insights.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term expansion.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Refine internal processes to improve efficiency across the commercial segment.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><h2><strong>About you</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years leading high-performing commercial teams.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"> Proven track
