You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier talent across engineering, operations, growth, and more. Working closely with the Talent Lead, hiring managers, and the founders, you’ll be at the front lines of our recruiting efforts - building the candidate pipeline that powers our company.</p> <p>This isn’t a backseat sourcing role. You’ll play a central part in shaping Kalshi’s team, working across all stages of early funnel development - from creative outreach strategies to talent mapping, inbound screening, and coordination.
