This is a hands-on role for someone with a builder's mentality who is excited to write the playbook, not just follow one. You'll work closely with the Senior Manager of Recruiting Operations and leaders across the business to drive end-to-end improvements in how we attract, evaluate, and land the best talent. From scaling tooling and optimizing workflows to partnering cross-functionally on hiring quality and data insights, you'll have a direct impact on one of Ripple's most critical business functions.</p> <p>If you are ready to bring strategic vision, operational rigor, and a passion for continuous improvement to a high-growth global team, we can't wait to hear from you.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Evaluate, implement, and own the end-to-end recruiting tech stack; build relationships with tool partners, integrate new features into existing workflows, and review usage quarterly to drive recruiter behavior</li> <li>Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale recruiting processes, partnering closely with team members across People, Engineering, and the business</li> <li>Develop and own automated reporting for recruiters and senior leadership - independently and in partnership with the internal BI team - to enable data-driven hiring decisions</li> <li>Analyze recruiting data (pipeline health, pass-through rates, candidate experience signals) and translate insights into actionable recommendations for programs</li> <li>Advise senior leadership/executives, telling a story with data and crafting hiring strategy</li> <li>Build AI-enabled workflows that add efficiency to the recruiting function</li> <li>Implement Workday position management for he
