This role sits at the center of our recruiting process — ensuring candidates move quickly, interviews are tightly run, and every touchpoint reflects a high bar.<br /><br />This is not a purely administrative role. You’ll be expected to operate with ownership, make judgment calls, and help enforce structure across the hiring process. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership, often coordinating across executives and high-priority candidates.<br /><br />The right person will bring strong attention to detail, clear and warm communication, and the confidence to make proactive improvements to the process.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>NOTE</strong>: <strong>This role does involve long hours</strong><br />Generally 9am to 9pm PT, six days a week (Monday through Friday, plus Sundays). Sundays tend to be lighter, but you should still be reachable for occasional pings.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">That said, the expectation isn't that you'll be heads-down all 12 hours.
