<h2><strong>Your role</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a Recruiter at Turnkey, you’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle - from sourcing and outreach through to offer and close - across technical and business roles. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to ensure smooth, fast-moving processes, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and raise the bar for every hire we make.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll also be a builder: refining our systems, strengthening our employer brand, and creating the recruiting foundation that will scale with the company as we continue our rapid growth.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves designing systems, and takes pride in running exceptionally tight processes.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage searches end-to-end: source, screen, interview, and close top candidates across multiple departments</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build trusted relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand role needs and ensure alignment throughout the process</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Source creatively and strategically to identify talent beyond traditional channels</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own candidate experience from first touch through close, ensuring every interaction reflects Turnkey’s standards of excellence</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain organized, high-quality data and reporting within our ATS</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and define hiring plans</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strengthen Turnkey’s employer brand through thoughtful storytelling and consistent messaging</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Continuously refine recruiting processes to increase efficiency, speed, and quality of hire</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experiment, measure, and improve; help Turnkey develop a recruiting engine built to scale</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth technology company </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven track record of successfully closing candidates across technical and business functions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Highly organized and systems-oriented; you naturally bring structure to fast-moving environments</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable managing multiple roles at once without sacrificing quality or attention to detail</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Relentlessly hardworking, resourceful, and committed to finding and
