You will be identifying and addressing issues across the trading landscape, as well as proactively uncovering new opportunities to grow and improve trading across Monad.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The work requires both strong quantitative thinking and sharp intuition about how markets behave. You will own initiatives from idea to execution.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work on greenfield problems related to trading activity, liquidity, and user behavior onchain.
