As a QA Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing test strategies, mentoring QA engineers, and working cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to maintain high-quality standards.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You Will Be Doing (Responsibilities):</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA Engineers, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Define and oversee the implementation of test strategies, ensuring coverage for functional, performance, security, and regression testing.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design and maintain automated testing frameworks for blockchain-based applications and APIs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Establish best practices for QA processes and continuously improve testing methodologies to enhance product quality.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work closely with developers to review features, identify testability concerns, and ensure proper validation of new functionalities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage bug tracking and reporting processes, ensuring timely resolution of defects.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate with DevOps to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and optimize execution in cloud
