QA Engineer at SwapRail

<p style="min-height:1.5em">We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to own and improve quality assurance across the SwapRail platform.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to validate features, identify defects, improve testing processes, and help build automated testing coverage for a rapidly evolving Web3 product.</p><h2>🧩 Responsibilities</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design and execute test plans, test cases, and testing strategies for new features and releases</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Perform functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Validate end-to-end transaction workflows across:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Wallet connections</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Signing flows</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Asset swaps</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Cross-chain operations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Transaction status tracking</p></li></ul></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with engineers to reproduce and debug issues</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and maintain automated test suites where appropriate</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Verify fixes and prevent regressions before production releases</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Participate in product requirement reviews and provide quality feedback early in the development cycle</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Improve QA processes, testing documentation, and release checklists</p></li></ul><h2>🧠 Requirements</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience testing modern web applications</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience creating detailed test plans and test cases</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira, Linear, or similar</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to work independently in a remote environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent written communication and documentation skills</p></li></ul><h2>➕ Nice to Have</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience testing Web3, Crypto, DeFi, or Wallet products</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">EVM-compatible chains</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">WalletConnect</p></li><li><p s
