This role will lead complex, cross-functional programs across the business, providing structure and governance to strategic initiatives that span technology, operations, and product. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple teams to drive delivery from inception through execution, ensuring alignment on priorities, managing dependencies, and removing blockers. Your contribution will directly impact how Bullish scales its regulated digital asset exchange platform, and you will play a central role in shaping how the organisation delivers change.
