By owning a portfolio of payment rails - both by method and geography - you’ll directly influence how customers make payments to and from their accounts, and how efficiently those flows scale with the business.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em">The Payments &amp; Blockchain team is responsible for the first and last mile of every dollar (digital or fiat) that goes in or out of Kraken.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a member of this team, you will be responsible for driving initiatives that enable best in class local payments, improve success rates, reduce friction in user journeys, and generally adapt our payments infrastructure to meet the diverse needs of users - from first-time retail customers to high-volume institutional partners.
