Skills can be learned, diversity cannot. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Locations Supported 🌍 London, UK Relocation available: No Work pattern: This role will be hybrid About the Opportunity In this role, you will own the roadmap for the systems that establish and verify who a MoonPay customer is, from sign-in through KYC clearance. This spans authentication (sign-in, MFA, session security), identity verification (KYC tiers, risk scoring, sanctions screening), and document verification, the vendor-driven flows that sit inside the KYC funnel. You will sit within the Identity team and work closely with Compliance, Risk/Fraud, Legal, and Engineering, as well as the third-party identity verification vendors MoonPay relies on. Your work will directly impact onboarding conversion, fraud loss, and MoonPay's ability to operate compliantly across multiple countries, balancing customer experience against risk and regulatory requirements on every decision. What You Will Do Own the roadmap for authentication and identity verification, prioritizing across conversion, fraud/risk reduction, and regulatory requirements. Drive improvements to onboarding funnels, reducing drop-off in document capture and ver
