This person will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through our Referrals and Incentives programs across a new type of innovative Centralized Exchange.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Growth is a critical area of investment at Sei, spanning incentives, referrals, notifications, email marketing, conversion optimization, engagement, and the expansion of these capabilities across new products. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Growth PM who can help us move faster, execute at a higher level, and unlock meaningful user growth.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h2><strong>What you'll do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Referrals and Incentives across a first of its type innovative Centralized Exchange.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and user growth.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design, launch, and optimize growth experiments that drive measurable business impact.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver high-impact initiatives.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Analyze user behavior and growth funnel performance to identify areas for improvement.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and iterate on referral programs, incentive structures, and engagement mechanisms that increase user participation and lifetime value.</p></li></ul>
