Cards are how stablecoins meet real-world spend, and this role will shape the product, platform, and growth decisions that define that experience for our partners and their end users.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a senior individual contributor role. You’ll operate as the directly responsible PM for cards end to end: the roadmap, the cardholder experience, the platform capabilities that power it, and the activation and growth loops that make the product stick. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, partnerships, and directly with our fintech, neobank, and institutional customers.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>What You’ll Do</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Own the roadmap for Rain’s cards product — cardholder experience, platform capabilities, and growth — and drive it end to end</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Partner deeply with engineering on platform and infrastructure tradeoffs (issuing flows, authorization behavior, ledger design, network integrations) and translate them into partner-facing product decisions</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Define and ship the card experience our fintech, neobank, and institutional partners put in front of their users — onboarding, activation, spend controls, and lifecycle</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Build and tune the activation and growth levers that drive adoption, usage, and retention of cards across partner programs</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Translate complex payments and stablecoin infrastructure into intuitive product surfaces</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Gather feedback directly from partners, distill it into sharp prioritization, a
