<h2><strong>About Magic Eden & Dicey</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Magic Eden became one of the fastest-growing companies in crypto, building a category-defining NFT marketplace with deep crypto-native roots.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We’re now building Dicey, a next-generation crypto casino and sportsbook platform targeting the $180B+ global gaming market.</p><h2><strong>The Role</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Dicey is looking for a Product Management Lead, Growth to own and accelerate user growth across our crypto sportsbook and casino. You'll architect how we acquire, activate, and retain players, from referral systems and lifecycle programs to onboarding funnels, incentive design, and growth-driving product surfaces.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a high-leverage role for an operator who has personally driven step-change growth at a high-velocity consumer startup and is ready to do it again. You won't be managing experts from afar, you'll be the senior IC writing specs, running experiments, and shipping growth features alongside engineering and design.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Own growth strategy and roadmap: </strong>Define the multi-quarter vision spanning acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. Make the prioritization calls on where to invest and what not to do.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Build the experimentation engine: </strong>Stand up the tooling, decision frameworks, and analytics infrastructure needed to run a high-velocity testing program</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Drive acquisition surfaces: </strong>Lead the product side of referrals, partner integrations, paid landing pages, and viral loops. Partner closely with growth marketing on performance channels, SEO, and lifecycle.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Crack the activation funnel: </strong>Obsess over wallet-based onboarding, FTD conversion, and first bet placement. Identify the highest-leverage moments and engineer step-change wins.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Retain and re-engage: </strong>Design the systems and product surfaces, bonus engines, loyalty mechanics, lifecycle campaigns, that turn first-time depositors into repeat players.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Set the data foundation: </strong>Define the funnel metrics, cohort retention curves, LTV/CAC, and dashboards that the broader team runs growth decisions off of.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Execute at startup speed: </strong>Write your own specs, run your own SQL, and ship. You are a player-coach, not a manager-of-managers.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>What You Bring</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>6+ years of product management experience </strong>with at least 3 years focused on growth
