We're building the future of money and markets, and we're looking for curious, data-driven Product Management Interns to join us at the intersection of product, data, and AI.</p> <p>This is not a watch-from-the-sidelines internship. From your first week, you'll own a real piece of the work: real products, real users, real impact. No project is too big and no detail too small, and you'll see your work reach real customers.</p> <p><em>This will be a semester long internship program with 3 days a week in person</em><em><span style="font-weight: 400;"> at our New York City, NY office from January to April 2027.</span></em></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Be AI-first. Make AI a default part of how you work, using modern tools to move faster, think bigger, and raise the bar for the whole team.</li> <li>Be data-driven in decision-making. Let evidence lead the way: running quantitative and qualitative user research, conducting competitive research and gap analysis, pulling and analyzing data from Databricks, and turning what you learn into clear, compelling recommendations that support our Engineering teams.</li> <li>Support the full project lifecycle. Help draft product requirements documents, provide design and development support, run user acceptance testing, and contribute to release planning. For example, you might help design the requirements for Clarissa, our Secure SDLC bot: an automated change-management controls bot that runs on pull requests and their associated Linear tickets to keep compliance evidence auditable.</li> <li>Build cross-functional alignment
