Perpetual futures are the dominant trading primitive in crypto, and we're building a perps platform that meets the standard serious traders expect while making the experience more intuitive than anything else in the market. This role owns that product end to end.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll work directly with engineering and design, no PM layers between you and the team. The mandate is simple: ship a perps experience that traders actually prefer. That means clean margin UX, a liquidation engine traders trust, funding rates that are easy to understand, and a roadmap that reflects what real users actually need week over week.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a senior IC and manager-level role. You'll be expected to hold a strong point of view on where the product goes, make tradeoffs quickly, and keep execution moving. If you've spent time on the other side of the screen as an active derivatives trader, you'll hit the ground running.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the perps product roadmap, write and maintain prioritized specs with engineering, and make sure the team is always working on the highest-impact problems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Define the UX for margin systems, liquidations, and funding rates, translating complex mechanics into product decisions that feel simple to the trader.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate engineering and design resources to ship perps improvements end to end, from spec to production.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Audit trader complaints and support feedback weekly, map them to specific product gaps, and feed that signal directly into prioritization.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Write detailed specs for new features and improvements, including edge cases, error states, and the full trader workflow.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with engineering to set realistic delivery timelines and break ambiguous problems int
