You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to transform complex problems into user-friendly solutions. Your impact will be foundational as we continue to scale and deliver transformative products.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead the end-to-end design process for Solstice’s core applications: from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and delivery</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define user requirements, workflows, and interfaces</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that translate high-level requirements into beautiful and functional user experiences</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to continually improve and refine product designs</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Advocate for the user and help establish and maintain a cohesive visual and interaction design language across products</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Balance business needs, technical feasibility, and user goals in every design decision</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to the development of design processes, tools, and best practices as an early design hire</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h3>What We’re Look
