I’ll share more once we meet.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">At Maple, we’re looking for a Senior/Staff Product Designer ready to shape the future of AI-driven tools for local businesses. You’ll work side-by-side with engineers and founders, owning projects from first sketch to shipped product. If you love turning complex workflows into elegant, intuitive experiences—and have a sharp eye for quality—let’s talk.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate closely with engineering and product to drive roadmap projects from idea to launch—no assembly lines or hand-offs</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Spot opportunities to refine our core UX and squash those pesky “paper cuts” that slow users down</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create crisp mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to bring ideas to life</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Guide and inspire fellow designers through feedback and collaborative critique</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and evolve our design system components for speed and consistency</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Jump in on hiring to help us find the next great teammate</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">7+ years designing software products (bonus points for startup or SaaS experience)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Courage to ask big questions, experiment, and advocate for quality—even when it’s hard</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Humility to accept feedback, iterate quickly, and pivot when needed</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deep experience prototyping in Figma (and bonus: AI, HTML/CSS, or other tools)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A knack for distilling problems and feedback into focused, user-friendly solutions</p></li>
