Skills can be learned, diversity cannot. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ About the Opportunity ✍️ MoonPay is looking for a Product Counsel to be the dedicated legal partner for MoonPay's expanding product suite. This is a rare, high-impact role covering two interconnected mandates: our DeFi products - DEX routing and aggregation, non-custodial wallet infrastructure, and AI-powered agent integrations - and our regulated crypto asset services, including crypto-asset exchange services, digital asset custody, stablecoin issuance, and stablecoin card services. You will work closely with product, compliance, and regulatory strategy - advising on new features from whiteboard to launch, navigating the complex interface between MoonPay’s regulated entity footprint and decentralized protocol integrations, and building the legal frameworks that allow our teams to move fast without breaking things. This role demands genuine fluency across both worlds. You will be expected to develop well-reasoned, risk-calibrated views quickly, communicate them clearly, and be a true thought partner to engineering and product - not just a gatekeeper.
