This hybrid role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with a requirement to work from the office three days per week, and partners closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across all three markets.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This Recruiter will manage approximately 15–20 mid- to senior-level requisitions across professional, corporate, and technical functions, depending on business needs. The ideal candidate brings strong full-cycle recruiting experience, can flex across role types, and is comfortable moving between professional and technical searches in a fast-paced environment.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role requires strong AI fluency, data literacy, and hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms such as Ashby to improve sourcing efficiency, pipeline visibility, and decision-making.
