You will define and drive a multi-year product strategy that leverages Circle's regulated stablecoin infrastructure and global banking network to deliver a capital-efficient treasury solution. Working across Engineering, Treasury, Compliance, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams, you will launch and scale a trusted enterprise-grade product that helps customers optimize liquidity, reduce settlement friction, and modernize treasury operations at global scale.</span></p><h2></h2><h2><span>What you'll work on</span></h2><ul><li><span>Define and execute the Global Treasury Management product strategy and roadmap, leading the product from MVP through general availability and long-term platform expansion.</span></li><li><span>Deliver measurable improvements in capital efficiency, settlement speed, cost optimization, and operational predictability for corporate treasury and finance teams.</span></li><li><span>Define reporting, reconciliation, and integration capabilities, including transaction reporting APIs, statements, transaction tagging, and ERP/TMS connectivity.</span></li><li><span>Establish enterprise-grade operational standards, including service levels, monitoring, alerting, incident readiness, reporting reliability, and liquidity reservation models.</span></li><li><span>Partner with
